Conveyor Group currently has the following positions available:

Business Development - Outside Sales


Immediate opening for a new business developer and outside sales representative. Responsible for independently identifying, evaluating and managing new business opportunities and outreach initiatives. Expected to participate in all aspects of business development and firm marketing efforts. Establishes relationships with potential clients and connects new clients with the firm's creative team. Works with managament team to prepare initial proposals, estimates, and project budgets. Must also be able to identify sales opportunities with existing clients (cross sell and up sell). Serves as an additional day-to-day contact for clients and a support arm for administrators. (Official Title: Marketing Assistant)

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
• Account Management Experience
• Ad Agency or Marketing/PR Firm Experience
• Experience in Both Digital and Traditional Marketing Communications
• Development of Marketing Communications Plans/Schedules
• Clean Driving Record (no accidents/tickets)

• Fluently Biliterate (English/Spanish)

Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Two Years Successful Sales and/or Customer Service Background (in lieu of, or in conjunction with, education)
• Understanding of Advertising/Marketing Industry
• Ability to Multi-task and Face Challenges Head-on.
• Skill in Preparing/Giving Presentations
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Basic Financial and Budgetary Management Skills
• Basic Familiarity with Strategic Planning
• Valid California Driver's License

• Computer Proficient (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, web, social media)

Please note, this is not a "work-from-home" position. Applicants must be prepared to report regularly to Conveyor Studio for weekly meetings and project briefings and otherwise work in an office environment while not on sales calls. Telecommuting option IS NOT available. Access to reliable transportation is critical. Company vehicle available for outside sales during work day. Please send resume and references.
